        博士、教授、上海交通大學(xué)人力資源處副處長(zhǎng)兼教師發(fā)展中心主任。研究領(lǐng)域主要是管理中的心理與行為問(wèn)題,論文主要發(fā)表于《Academy of Management Journal》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Journal of Management》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Personnel Psychology》、《管理世界》,以及《管理科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》等國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊。
